Dear friends of culture,
The grape harvest has begun on Lanzarote.
The grapes are still being treaded in the small family wineries. We were able to witness the colourful, cheerful, sticky event.
The first grapes were crushed by children's feet. Feeling small grape seeds between your toes is incomparable. Later, big feet and adult hands took over the work!
There will be about 300 bottles of wine here this year for our own consumption, 2/3 less than last year.
