Enjoy a safe stay at the Centro during the COVID 19 pandemic

Dear guests and friends of the Anthroposophical Centre on Lanzarote

The welfare and safety of our team members and guests has always been a priority for us and will continue to be so despite the new requirements of COVID-19.

The certification process of the Health Conditions Verification Program (HCVP) with the company BIOLAB has been completed. The special COVID-19 cleaning and disinfection protocols have been drawn up and our personnel have been trained. The HCVP programme includes a control programme of hygiene protocols, including COVID-19 surface test analysis.

Our protocols will also be adapted as far as possible to the respective protocols of the European countries where our guests come from and include, among others, a high level of hygiene in all areas of the Centre and disinfectants approved for use against COVID-19 and other bacteria. These extra cleaning measures range from all common guest areas to the reception of products from our suppliers and cleaning procedures in the rooms. The well-being of our guests during their stay will also be enhanced by limited contact in interactions between guests and our team, social distancing and private experiences - such as check-in, cultural activities, etc.

On the occasion of this new situation caused by covid-19, we are working to ensure the well-being and calmness of our clients. We ask you to bear in mind that some changes may occur in compliance with health requirements, so some of the hotel's services or facilities may differ from those described on the website. We ask you to bear in mind that all the modifications that may occur are exclusively to guarantee the well-being and calmness of our clients. By booking your stay at the Centre you are indicating your agreement that some of the services or facilities of the Centre may differ from those described on the website.

 

Limited offer in the Centro:
Due to Corona-related restrictions and strict legal requirements for safety and hygiene protocols in the individual areas of the Centro, we cannot offer all services in the usual way:
What is different than usual:

  • The reception has reduced opening hours. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 9:00am to 14:00pm (Local time). Only during these opening hours we can be contacted by phone (0034) 928 51 28 42. Outside these hours the answering machine is on. You can also contact us by e-mail or use the contact form on this website.

  • From 10 February 2022, the use of facemasks is only mandatory indoors. Outdoors it applies if the distance of 1.5 metres cannot be maintained. The number of persons in closed rooms such as reception, hall, health food shop, therapy house and therapy pool is limited.

  • The restaurant continues to have reduced opening hours: Friday and Sunday from 12:00 - 21:00, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from 13:00 to 21:00. Closed on Tuesdays.  Link to the menu.

  • The range of cultural events is again as varied as usual. You can find our calendar of events on our website under the following link.

  • Our organic food shop is open from Monday to Saturday from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Closed on Sundays

  • The Therapy House offers individual therapies and treatment packages. Appointments only after preregistration

  • From 4th April 2022 the appartments in the Centro will be cleaned again 3 times a week.

  • The childcare "PEQUEÑA SEMILLA", unfortunately still has to take a break. Please ask at our reception if child sitting can be offered at the time of your stay.

On the island and also in the Centro it is quieter than usual. So it is an ideal place for all people who are looking for peace and relaxation and want to get to know the island from a different side.
