Here on Lanzarote, the rain is extraordinary (50-100 l/qm all year round). Even at Christmas, you can swim in the Atlantic with temperatures around 18 or 20°C, or all year round in our heated saltwater pool at a temperature of 34°C. You also have the option of retiring or spending time with like-minded people.

The offer is available for a minimum stay of 3 months (13 weeks)

Accommodation in a one bedroom apartment at the Tamarindos Apartments:

Price in the summer months (1.5. - 30.9.)

Supplement in the winter months (1.10 - 30.4)

The price includes:
- A one bedroom apartment in the Center
- Once a week free use of washing machine and dryer
- Rent including water and electricity
- Weekly cleaning and change of clothes
- Use of freshwater pools
- Use of common facilities

- Free access point for WiFi
On request and at additional cost:
