On 1 September 2023 our restaurant Bistrot "Tamarindos"
will reopen under new management and in a fresh renovated look.
We have found Adeline as successor for our restaurant: A young and dynamic Spanish-French woman with a lot of gastronomic experience, who lives not far from the Centro.
Also on the team: Her partner Fran, a virtuoso linguistic talent from Andalusia. Cooking in the background: French mother Micheline and more visible in the service: José from Granada. A real family business that started on the 1st of September.
The menu is colourful with wonderful hot and cold pinxos, appetizers. Main courses include all kinds of seafood, homemade croquettes, a daily changing menu, soups, salads... and freshly baked cakes, among other desserts. After a long time, breakfast is once again on offer at the Centre; the bistrot is also open for lunch and dinner.
The name "Bistrot" comes from the French-style gastronomic business that Adeline and Fran previously ran in Playa Honda. The "Bistrot" has now merged with "Tamarindos", the original name of our entire complex.

Tuesday to Thursday: from 9. a.m. to 3. p.m. and from 6. p.m. to 9. p.m.
Friday and Saturday: from 9. a.m. to 9.00 p.m.
Sundays: from 9. a.m. to 3.00 p.m.

From 1 September, we will once again be offering breakfast which you can book as a supplement to your stay. You can choose your breakfast every day. For this, there is a form attached to the breakfast menu. The meals at breakfast are served at the table.
