It's growing and greening on the finca

We are delighted to see how organic gardener Manolo Peláez's work on the finca is progressing: Things are growing everywhere, the newly planted trees are thriving - also thanks to the newly installed irrigation systems. Lush organic crates are delivered to the centre. Soon you will be able to buy home-grown fruit and vegetables in the organic shop and enjoy them in the restaurant!
